Cibil I had a savings account with Citibank with Ready credit facility . 3 years back I closed the Ready credit account . the Rep from citibank offered me lesser amount for settlement , I thought that would be all and paid it . but after 3 years when I applied for a loan it got rejected saying that I have an outstanding of Rs 25808 with citibank that was a shocker for me . but even then some how found out the citibank recovery dept and paid the amount mentioned above full in cash. in October 2010 .
