Republic Day of India, India won independence 15 August 1947, but has no right to own land to rule the country on January 26, 1950. The Constitution of India has come to implement January 26, 1950. Indian Constituent Assembly had appointed Dr. BR Ambedkar as Chairman to draft the constitution was Constitution.
