KFOR was found that from October 2008 to April 2009 as a member of the contingent of peacekeepers in Kosovo, Ukraine, abusing his official position, a local private company, over 1.2 million liters worth of € 627 500 fuel that was imported into Kosovo without payment of customs duties to ensure the respective needs of the French KFOR contingents.
