Republic Day 2011 The President of India, who is also commander in chief of the armed forces of India, is greeted. The guest of honor in the parade is a Head of State of another nation. The parade also includes many traditional dance troupes, to symbolize the cultural heritage of India.Horticulture, DRDA and sericulture showing their achievements. The program pointed out today also include the display strip SSA Pipe Band also many cultural AML. VIP to the house will follow at 12 am in DC bunglow
