Sleepy Maier said last week it has settled its complaint with Sleepy, the largest mattress retailer in the country. He did not withdraw its complaint with the Attorney General’s Office, Maier said, but simply signed a release that prevents any further legal action on his s part.Sleepy has vehemently denied that it was possible for Maier receiving a used mattress and it is impossible that it was infested with General Richard Blumenthal anything.Attorney office announced today that it continues to investigate the complaints she had filed against Sleepy alleging that he sold Customer used mattresses or box springs.
