Speaking to the harmony between Buddhist nations, said Prime Minister, there was an intermittent increase and decrease of religious practices by the Sangha and the laity in Buddhist countries during certain periods of its long history. He emphasized that such occasions, other Buddhist countries participated and presented to support and revive the country’s religious practices in decline.
