Ever since his alleged beating of girlfriend Elizabete Kwong last year, his image has turned negative. He has kept a low profile ever since and hoped to recover his image. After the lawsuit in May, he returned to TVB for work. On October 26 he was found to be driving under influence on. His license was suspended for 9 months on December 14 and was also fined 6,000HKD. The 32-year-old former host of popular television shows like "Jade Solid Gold" had been suspended by TVB since January this year, after he was caught driving even though his driving license had already been suspended because of his drink-driving offence last October.
