The weather remains favorable, with a 70 percent chance of good conditions at launch and there are technical problems worked.On the first attempt to launch astronauts aboard the Astrovan has never exceeded the Vehicle Assembly Building , about 3 miles from the barrel, due to a technical problem that has erased the attempt.
