The unanimous verdict and life sentence automatically match the original result of the 2005 case against Nancy Kissel, who said her husband, Robert, physically and sexually abused her as her marriage deteriorated.She had denied murder but admitted the charge less of manslaughter for his death in November 2003. Prosecutors argued the death of Robert Kissel was a carefully planned murder, Nancy Kissel tried conceal.Kissel, a native of Adrian, Michigan, do not seem to react as the verdict was announced in court. His defense was not immediately whether it intends to appeal.
