Parsley seven bison would do well too. In keeping with the theme of beer St. Patrick’s Day morning, you can do this with great – a beautiful black oat wild rose Guinness Stout – but more action would work equally well. Mushrooms do well in that too. The meatballs are simple – they are the cream crackers, dug (I use a scoop of ice cream with a small lever, which was oh-so-good) on top of hot broth. Steam will be at the top, but if you want them golden, remove the lid and place under the broiler for a few minutes. It’s amazing what a golden crust made the call for a cookie.
