World colleges

World colleges
lso called Apiaka World Colleges, Apiake and Brazilian Apiacás these people find their language and way of life threatened by the gradual influence of the Portuguese in the region of Mato Grosso. Considered as a subgroup of the Tupi (specifically Tupi-Guarani), the language seems to have one speaker left in 2007. This, despite an ethnic population hovers around 192 people. The further explore the philosophy, pedagogy and practices of the various schools, the more I am convinced my alignment with the philosophies of the CMU and remain hopeful about my future with the organization.
