ndian Railways IRCTC eligible candidates should submit their applications in prescribed format as provided in the ad. Application Form is not a problem as long as the candidates to follow the established format. You must send your application by post March 31 2011.Though the ticket is booked and payment details are showing “No payment received from the Bank” axis is deducted from my bank account. When will I receive my refund. Who should I complain. I have to send an email to IRCTC on this.
