ST Forum | Updated today at 06:00 AMIT IS a great relief to read about the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) decision to take steps to protect the public from some property developers’ false promises and misrepresentations (“Showflats: Is what you see what you get?”; Feb 9)My primary concern regarding new condominium project launches are the number of “Sold” stickers pasted on the board when one visits the showflat, even on the first day of the soft launch.
