Ocracoke Island Visitors
As predictive models to improve the track of Hurricane Earl, the cone of the storm is very close to the south of the Outer Banks. Hyde County (Ocracoke Island) has issued a mandatory evacuation of the island: the state of emergency has been declared for the Hyde County from 9 pm today.
